After buying an unsatisfying cheap Sangiovese that was a little hot, what could I do? It was so fruity I couldn't imagine drinking it...it was like juice with cruddy alcohol in it in the wrong proportions.
The solution: Buying a four pack of portobellos using the wine with olive oil and garlic as a sauce. Oh yeah! Plus topped with gorgonzola...oh yeah!
